Admission Procedure

At D. R. Amin Memorial School, our admission process is simple, transparent and
entirely based on merit. We ensure a step-wise smooth enrollment experience
through ready consultation and guidance at every step.

Collection and Submission of Details

This is the stage where you fill out the application forms with the required details. We collect these forms for further action.

Interaction with the Parents

Post receiving your application, we contact the parents and invite them for a one-to-one interaction.

School Visit

Take a tour of our school campus and take a look at our infrastructure and facilities.

Admission Criteria

3+ years for nursery and 6+ years for class I

(As on 31st May)

  • Caste certificate (if applicable)

FAQs

The admission for the new academic year is held in November/ December every year, soon after Diwali.

KG Section – 2:32, Class I – 2:40, Classes II to XII – 1:40

We do not encourage inter school transfer though we carry the same philosophy and ethos.

Fees can be paid in two modes at HDFC Bank.

  1. Offline – Directly at the bank over the counter
  2. Online – Through Edu-Qfix Software.

Yes, we have optional food facility.

No, we do not have transport facility as we are located in the heart of the city.

Yes, the school is associated with Bhailal Amin General Hospital, Vadodara.

Yes, the schools have in-house full-time counselors and career counselor too.

Yes! We have series of teacher training session planned for their professional development.

Please Note:

Fees must be paid to the school office at the stipulated time. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the admission.
After seeking admission if for any reason you wish to withdraw your child from the school in the same month, fees for the first month will not be refunded.
